Skimmer Lid: The skimmer lid is a removable cover that provides a point of access for cleaning out the skimmer basket.
Skimmer Ring (or Skimmer Collar): The skimmer ring supports the skimmer lid and holds it in place. It is the plastic collar that
is usually visible around the outside diameter of the skimmer lid.
StoneLids™: StoneLids™ are composite stone skimmer lids designed to blend in with the surrounding surface.
Retro-Fit Series StoneLids™: Retro-Fit Series StoneLids™ are the fastest and easiest solution for replacing an existing skimmer
lid and are designed for use on completed decks where skimmer rings are already installed. The plastic skimmer ring is still visible
when using Retro-Fit Series StoneLids™.
New Construction Series StoneLids™: New Construction Series StoneLids™ are designed to cover the skimmer ring so that
no plastic is visible, creating an uninterrupted deck surface. New construction series StoneLids™ require that the skimmer ring be
recessed 1/2” below the finished deck level.
